REGISTRATION DATES:

Saturday June 4th from 9:00am - 12:00pm Above the Snack Stand

Wednesday June 8th from 6:00pm - 8:00pm in the PAL Community Room

Saturday June 11th from 9:00am - 12:00pm in the PAL Community Room

If you are unavailable to register on these dates, please email Kim kfongaro@lpraidersfootball.com for a drop off appointment before the June 11th deadline. Registrations received after June 11th may be subject to a $10.00 late fee.

Registration fee: $75.00/ 1st child plus a $50.00 uniform deposit (total $125.00)
                    $60.00/ each additional child (no additional uniform deposit)
$40 Clinic

*ALL CHILDREN(Except Clinic) MUST SUPPLY A COPY OF HIS/HER BIRTH CERTIFICATE

The age requested on the registration form is the age your child will be as of August 1st.
