Saturday June 8th from 9:00am - 12:00pm

Wednesday June 12th from 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Saturday June 15th from 9:00am - 12:00pm

If you are unavailable to register on these dates, please email Kim kfongaro@lpraidersfootball.com for a drop off appointment before the June 15th deadline. Registrations received after June 15th may be subject to a $10.00 late fee.

Registration fee: $75.00/ 1st child plus a $50.00 uniform deposit (total $125.00)
                    $60.00/ each additional child (no additional uniform deposit)
$40 Clinic

MUST SUPPLY A COPY OF HIS/HER BIRTH CERTIFICATE

The age requested on the registration form is the age your child will be as of August 1st.
